Architectural fabric has become the trend material for interior design in recent years. This year, too, the use of modern architectural mesh remains the architectural eye-catcher of all. Not only is architectural mesh gaining acceptance for private living, but alternative materials for visual separation are also increasingly being used in the design of public buildings. Wire mesh allows optimum use of daylight and separates room areas in such a way that the need for artificial light is reduced - a decisive feel-good factor for the interior.

High-quality architectural wire mesh facade
With the "Münz" project for "Bernhard's Restaurant" in Montabaur, we would like to present an object in which the use of wire mesh has created a unique and recognizable feature in the interior. Using the Uranus mesh type here as a high-quality and elegant room divider shows the wide range of possible applications for architectural mesh.
Uranus mesh type: versatile, stable, exclusive
The Uranus mesh type used here in natural aluminum has a wide-meshed, alternately right and left woven pattern. Flat wire spirals are used, which are connected with corrugated cross bars. The belt edges are welded, but looped or bent edges can also be used. The fabric type is characterized not only by its versatility and stability, but also by its exclusive appearance. It thus combines functionality and design at the highest level.
The architectural mesh was fastened in the restaurant with special spirals in a running track, the installation was - as usual with our architectural mesh - fast and without great effort. The material convinces with its radiance and plays with the incidence of natural daylight. The room appears dynamically light-moved by this architectural mesh façade and gives the indoor area of the location an attractive character.
