The iba trade fair is considered the world's most renowned event for bakery, confectionery and snacks, covering all aspects of the industries, from ingredients and raw materials, logistics and packaging to automation and digital process optimization.
More than 1,000 exhibitors from around 40 countries will present their products, innovations and trends in Munich. The trade fair will feature fully functional machines for industrial mass production as well as for traditional artisan bakers, which visitors can see in action every day. In addition to the exhibitors, there will be a series of technical presentations in the iba.FORUM and the iba.SPEAKERS AREA, and also an iba.ACADEMY, where the bakery trade will be presented in an artistic and exquisite way.
