Wire belts and wire conveyor belts from PELGER are used in all branches of industry due to their excellent resistance to rust, acid and high heat. Numerous high-quality materials are processed to meet the intended use.
As a rule, bare or galvanized steel wires are used in normal conditions, also corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant and high-heat-resistant steel wires. In continuous furnaces conveyor belts are exposed to temperatures up to 1200° Celsius. In addition, we also process brass, bronze, copper and aluminum wires and other materials on request.
In our standard program we have a wide range of common link belt and braided belt constructions. Each standard type of wire belt can be additionally equipped in special designs with chain guides, carrier profiles and trough edge rows.
A product range as diverse as your wishes and requirements. We tailor our ten standard types to your exact requirements with various adaptations.
Do you have special requirements for your wire technology or do you want individual adaptations? We will be happy to advise you and develop the right solution.
In our standard program we show you a selection of the usual constructions.
Furthermore, we also manufacture wire conveyor belts completely customized. Based on individual parameters such as braid type, material and belt edges, we configure and produce your special design. Our link belts are all characterized by high heat as well as rust and acid resistance and find their application in numerous fields. We will gladly take care of a chain guide of the wire belt according to the requirements for a slip-free drive of the wire belt conveyor.
We can also integrate carrier profiles that guide the material over inclines and declines of the wire belt conveyor. On request, we also use trough edges as edge elevators. They seal the sides of the wire belts and protect them from falling sideways, for example. We develop specific trough edges adapted to the transported material for the optimum transport solution.
